Designed for You Florals & Gifts is located inside the Moorestown Mall, NJ. DFY Florals is dedicated to providing our customers with the freshest, highest quality flowers and plants. We have been in business for over 9 years and have a staff of experienced designers who are passionate about creating beautiful arrangements. Our team is always ready to help you find the perfect blooms for your special event.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Cash Handling:** Efficiently handle customer transactions, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
2. **Customer Service:** Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. **Order Processing:** Accurately input customer orders into the system and coordinate with the floral design team for timely preparation.
4. **Maintain Cleanliness:** Keep the cashier area and surrounding spaces tidy and organized.
5. **Assist with Floral Display:** Collaborate with the team to maintain the visual appeal of the floral/gift shop, including restocking displays as needed.
6. **Adhere to Policies:** Follow company policies and procedures, including handling returns and exchanges.
7. Perform inventory management tasks, such as restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with technology products and services is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively is a plus
- Customer service: Strong ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues
- Product demos: Ability to demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
