What We Need:

We are looking for a Manager, IT and eCommerce to join our Design Public Group team.

As the Manager of IT and eCommerce, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the Design Public Group (DPG) portfolio of eCommerce stores and operational platforms. You will have the opportunity to support the company’s competitive advantages through technology innovation. You will be accountable for understanding the needs of DPG members, customers, and vendors and interpreting those needs to deliver the optimal technology solution for the company.
What You Will Do:

• Develop strong working relationships with the DPG leadership team across all functions to understand business needs and develop solutions in line with strategic technology direction
• Work with the Director of IT and eCommerce to oversee product roadmaps and prioritization
• Lead a team of developers and testers to build and maintain technology solutions for all aspects of DPG’s business
• Engage the HNI technology team as needed to support DPG initiatives

What You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience with eCommerce solutions (e.g., Magento, Shopify, etc.)
• 2 years of experience with web development and SaaS product development
• 2 years of experience managing a team of business analysts and software developers
• Passion for technology and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
