• Follow established safe work practices to ensure a safe working environment.
• Make repairs as needed from warp board.
• Perform draw-ins as necessary.
• Draw-In work for new warps or new patterns.
• Pull over work after draw-in or any work relative to drawing of warps to keep looms operating.
• Perform weave work as necessary.
• Prepare looms for new warps, ensuring leases are correct with correct number of ends.
• Flag looms for fixer after pulling over for start up.
• Maintain outstanding housekeeping.
• All other duties assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to read and write.
• Good communication skills.
• Superior attention to details and quality.
• Must be able to perform significate weight overhead.
• Must be able to stand most of the shift and have dexterity.
• Must be knowledgeable of yarns and patterns.
• Good organizational skills.
• Work in climate control area.
