Position Summary: The Controller will provide financial and business leadership and support special projects, serving as a key business partner to the CEO and collaborating with the corporate finance team in Paris, France.

Position Summary: The Controller will provide financial and business leadership and support special projects, serving as a key business partner to the CEO and collaborating with the corporate finance team in Paris, France.
Responsibilities: Foundational Accounting and Financial Principles:
- Ensure financial integrity and compliance with local tax regulations.
- Supervise and advise on general accounting matters.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Lead month- end closing activities and manage budget projections.
- Prepare and distribute standard monthly management reports.
- Lead corporate audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with Division and Corporate reporting processes.
- Utilize and map local accounting software with Corporate Finance requirements.
- Produce and deliver data in accordance with Corporate Finance requirements.
- Review P&L and formulate monthly financial narratives.
- Contribute a financial, business, and operational point of view based on an understanding of all company projects.
- Use business acumen to analyze opportunities and risk at Company and project level.
- Understanding of accounting and finance models for long-term, multi- million-dollar projects.
- Oversee cash management.
- Improve profitability by reviewing gross margins and project costs.
- Implement KPI’s to monitor project expenditures.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 4-5 years of full cycle accounting experience in a business environment, preferably the construction industry.
- Knowledge of US GAAP standards.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controlling, and treasury management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with IFRS standard 606 (Revenue Recognition).
- Knowledge of OneStream or comparable system for financial reporting.
