Job Title: HVAC Apprentice - Entry level Installer

Pay Range: $20.00- $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime

What you will be doing / Learning:

• Working with a lead installer, receiving hands-on, on the job training and instruction
• Installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Working in residential homes and small commercial businesses, work will be in attics, under the houses, outside / inside, and on rooftops.
• 90% retrofit / change out & 10% new construction
• Installing gas & electric furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini splits, RTU's etc.
• Insulating & installing ductwork
• Venting of gas furnaces
• Gas pipe
• Low and high voltage electrical wiring
• Heavy lifting of equipment - 100lbs overhead with assistance
• Taked advantage of our excellent training tools, including online and virtual training modules
• Invest in hands tools and drills

Qualifications/ Skills:

• Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
• Pass background check & drug screen
• HVAC Tech School Certification desired, but not required
• EPA Certification desired - we provide training resources
• Experience in HVAC, construction, or similar industry desired
• Able to clearly communicate in the English language both verbally and in writing
• Willingness to invest time in training to accomplish EPA and NATE certifications
• Ability to complete mathematical calculations correctly
• Ability to comply with ALL SAFETY RULES
• Ability to carry 100lbs overhead with assistance
