Salon Sales Associate
Location: Burlington, WA, 98233
Job Description:
The Salon Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to clients visiting the salon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry and a strong desire to help clients look and feel their best.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients as they enter the salon
- Assist clients with product selection and provide recommendations based on their individual needs
- Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and product displays
- Answer client questions and provide information about salon services and products
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn and grow
