**Food Runner**

**Job Title:** Food Runner

**Reports To:** General Manager

**FLSA Status:** Non-Exempt

**Summary:** The food runner primary responsibility is to accurately deliver the food to the guests.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* The food runner is main duty is to deliver food to the restaurant guests.

* The food runner must be timely and efficient to maintain the food's temperature.

* Knowledge of each dish and what it should look like.

* Provides final quality assurance check of products before delivering to guests. Removes any product that does not meet standards.

* Performs all side duties as assigned.
