Desert Mountain Care Center (formerly Indio Nursing & Rehabilitation Center ) is a state-of-the-art skilled nursing and subacute facility featuring 99 beds located in Indio, CA. We are looking to fill night shifts for the LVN position.

Duties:

• Provide primary care to specific residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents’ attending physicians or the Medical Director of the facility, with an emphasis on assessment, illness prevention and health care management.
• Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of the resident.
• Administer medications as directed by resident’s physician.

Requirements:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LVN in California.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and physical.
• Point Click Care experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $37.00 per hour
