Desert Horizon Residential Care is a small business in Victorville, CA. We are a family owned company currently expanding throughout the High Desert. Our caregivers are passionate about caring for our residents and ensuring that the living environment is comforting and inclusive. Ideally, our newest caregivers will be team players, great communicators, and just as passionate as we are about our residents and their families. .

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality care to elderly and disabled individuals in the Care Facility. This includes assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and helping with medication management. The ideal candidate will have a caring attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Shifts needed:

-Overnight Shift (10 PM - 6 AM)

***THIS IS A WAKE POSITION***

Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition or behavior.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by the client's physician.
  • Maintain a safe environment for the client.
  • Deep Cleaning required by night shift.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 36 per week
