Our busy, patient-centered dental practice is looking to hire the right person to join our front office dental team. The right candidate possesses dental front office experience with excellent customer service skills, great phone etiquette, is a self-starter, organized, a team player, and loves to smile! Must be a mature, friendly and dependable professional.

This postion supports multiple front office positions including Hygiene Coordinator, Financial Coordinator, and Insurance Verification. Duties include providing patients with personalized attention and care, greeting and making patients feel welcome in person and over the phone. Scheduling appointments according to ideal scheduling guidelines and maintaining a full hygiene schedule. Check in/out patients, review treatment plans, accept payments, assist patients with questions/concerns. Help patients understand their dental insurance benefits and financial options. Verify insurance eligibility and obtain benefit breakdowns. Clear communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail is a must.

Requirements:

Professional demeanor and appearance

1 year dental experience (preferred)

Knowledge of Dentrix preferred

Knowledge of Dental Insurance

Proficient in Math/Accounting

Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and work under pressure during busy times.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Full-time 36hr/week. Office Hours are 7:00AM-5:00PM. Candidate must be available M-F, 6:30AM-5:30PM.
