Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and help with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Help with medication reminders
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a caregiver is a plus
- Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude
