Full Time Insurance Coordinator
Overview
Desert Creek Dental is seeking an experienced Insurance Coordinator/Front Desk Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient care. We are a privately-owned general dentistry office. We are PPO/ FFS (no Medicaid) and have a wonderful patient base. You’d be joining a great team of professionals who support one another and want to see each other and the office succeed. We are open 34 hours per week, Monday – Thursday.
Hours
Monday – 8am – 5pm
Tuesday – 7am – 5pm
Wednesday – 7am – 5pm
Thursday – 8am – 5pm
Job Description:
As the Front Desk/Insurance Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing insurance-related tasks, maintaining accounts receivable, and assisting with hygiene scheduling. Your primary focus will be on insurance verification, explanation of benefits, claims management and ensuring accurate billing. Additionally, you will work closely with our hygiene team to coordinate appointments and provide support as needed. We are looking for someone who is eager to create systems of efficiency in their work.
