Desert Alarm inc is looking to bring on a new member to our customer service team/Technical Support.
For this position the main objective is to assist our valued clients over the phone or in person at our office with they're security needs. Below will be the requirements for this position and please note it is very important that you have some experience with customer service (Preferable phone based) as that is the most important objective, we will provide training to better understand the alarm industry.
* 1 Years of customer service background
* Must type at least 50 wpm
* Familiar with Excel/Word
* Can work extremely well in a team environment
* Multitask projects
* Meet deadlines
* (preferred) Have some experience with technical support (we will provide training)
* Must have transportation to be on time to work
* Must be able to work occasional Saturdays
* References will be verified
Office hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and Saturday 8am- 1pm
Days needed:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Could add more hours based on your schedule availablity.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
