Job Description: -
IT Help Desk, Customer Service, and support experience with problem solving involving hardware, software, and networks.
- Phone support experience necessary.
- ITIL knowledge of V3 or higher. Especially on Service Desk, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Technical helpdesk experience is necessary.
- Disciplined, systematic problem-solving skills required.
Hands-on work experience with the following:
o Windows Operating systems.
o Clients: Windows 10, and Windows 7.
o Basic Knowledge of Windows Servers.
o Knowledge of Active Directory, and Office 365.
o ITSM ticketing tools e.g., ServiceNow or any industry equivalent Service Management tool.
o User account creation for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes, Distribution lists, etc.
o Remote desktop connectivity applications like MS Teams, Skype, SCCM, WebEx, Live Meeting, and Windows Native tools.
o MS Office Suite: MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook, MS Project, etc.
o Internet browsers (e.g. Explorer, Chrome, Firefox).
o VPN and remote dial-in users.
o Support for laptop, desktops, and printers.
o Mobile Devices support.
o Others: Adobe Acrobat and other common desktop applications like WinZip, etc.
