Study Data Entry

We are looking for a detail oriented, highly organized, and fast learning individual who can act as a Data Entry Clerk in a dermatology office that conducts clinical trials. This position is great for someone who wants to gain experience in a medical office or in clinical pharmaceutical drug trials. Students in the process of getting an undergraduate degree are highly encouraged to apply.

Essential Functions:

• Transfer data from paper formats into database systems
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Update existing data
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
•  Address incoming EDC queries in a timely manner

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
• Great attention to detail
• High school degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years of clinical research experience preferred.
