Dermatology of Las Cruces is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Las Cruces, NM

```Duties```

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Transcribe notes and messages accurately
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

```Requirements```

- Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong clerical skills with the ability to transcribe accurately
- Proficient in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service-oriented with a professional and positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Note: Experience in a medical office setting is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Ability to Relocate:

  • Las Cruces, NM 88011: Relocate before starting work (Required)
