State of the art Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Dermatology Practice in Hyannis recruiting an bright, hardworking administrative team member to perform Surgical Scheduling, Clinical Scheduling, phone triage, insurance verification and Coordination with our Clinical Team.

We are looking for a bright recent graduate (GAP years welcome to apply) with a Bachelors degree or a seasoned medical professional (could be clinical background as well) to join our growing dynamic team. Ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, computer skills and be able to multitask.

Pay rate for this position is $20-28/hour, we offer quarterly bonuses, health insurance, a 401K matching plan and paid sick and vacation time. Practice Hours are 8-630 Monday through Friday and we stagger shifts so that staff either work Four - ten hour days or Five - eight hour days.
