We are seeking an individual with a positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry and ready to serve as a brand ambassador for Dermacare. We believe that building relationships is the key to our years of success, and the Patient Care Team is vitally important in ensuring a superior patient experience in our clinics. Impeccable customer service experience is a MUST! Prior experience in the medical spa field is highly preferred but not a requirement.
- Understands the importance of excellent telephone skills and first impressions.
- Is capable of managing multiple phone lines with patience and efficiency.
- Can coordinate and manage busy schedules for multiple medical providers.
- Is willing to assist with both front and back-office responsibilities.
- Communicates effectively with patients and staff.
- Can confidently educate patients on services and demonstrate product application.
- Ensures proper transition and flow throughout the office.
- Assists in client preparation and post medical care, confidentially and professionally.
- Is able to perform standard opening and closing procedures.
- Prior experience in the Medical Spa industry
- Knowledge and understanding of minimally-invasive cosmetic treatments, including Botox, Juvederm, Coolsculpting, a variety of Lasers for skin rejuvenation, and more!
