Derek L Mitchell PC is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Grand Island, NE

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for all visitors and callers. This is a clerical position that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Bilingual Spanish/English for interpreting and translations.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide accurate information about the company and its services to callers and visitors
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as preparing documents or reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or front desk role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficient in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional appearance and demeanor
