Description
Are you a talented multitasker who loves interacting with people? We are looking for a friendly, energetic, charming person to be the fantastic first impression we want for our callers, visitors, and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and phone communication skills, and a pleasant voice, be able to juggle multiple tasks gracefully, and they find it easy to remain professional and courteous in all situations. In this role, you will answer phones, direct and log calls, greet clients, make copies, and handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, along with other administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who is punctual, has excellent job attendance, and who has their own reliable transportation. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Candidates must have good basic computing skills and be able to operate a large multi-function copy machine and other office equipment. Must be able/willing to run office errands daily (bank, post office, etc.). Knowledge of MyCase and Word is a definite plus. If this sounds like you, apply today!
Responsibilities
•Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
•Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
•Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.
•Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail
•Schedule appointments and ensure the business calendar is accurate and up-to-date
Qualifications
•Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
•Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
•Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills
•Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
•1 year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
