This role is at the center of our Holding team. We’ve got a mix of skills here, from Finance and Hospitality to Recruitment, People & Culture, and Marketing. JOB PURPOSE

Are you all about creating standout designs and pushing creative boundaries while having a great eye for design? If you're ready to help shape a powerful brand at one of the fastest-growing agencies around, we need you as our in-house brand designer! Join our team and work closely with creative directors from across the globe to take our brand to the next level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creative, hands-on approach to design and an eye for detail;
  • Everything creative that comes your way: from award-winning cases to social media posts and asset development, internal and external marketing campaigns, to animations and showreels;
  • Create powerful brand campaigns on a global scale and continuously evolve and push our visual language forward;
  • Support the marketing teams across 5 continents to ensure a consistent, high-quality level of deliverables by maintaining the system, and ensuring the team provides the necessary documentation, tooling and assets to enable others to independently create high-quality, on-brand work.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 5 years of work experience as a (digital) brand designer in an international environment;
  • Have advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects;
  • Proficient with video and motion design tools, to turn design into visually engaging video and animation;
  • Have excellent communications skills, confidence and a passion for creative culture, being able to effectively communicate your design intent and impact;
  • Are broadly interested in motion design, ideally from brand identity building to Social media videos;
  • Have a keen eye for detail and in order to maintain quality control of work and be an advocate for consistent and cohesive brand identity;
  • Have a strong ability to prioritise work and resources across various projects.
