The Department of Children and Families is seeking a dynamic individual for the Family Resource Center (FRC) Training Coordinator role. The FRC Coordinator will beresponsiblefor implementing and evaluating staff development related to community engagement, programs, and practice. The FRC Coordinator will work together with the Family Resource Centers to build integrated, collaborative learning opportunities for FRC program staff. Additionally, the Coordinator will be responsible for providing technical assistance to FRC program staff and other entities in the Family and Community Engagement Team, responding to inquiries, developing, and maintaining a training calendar, liaising with various agencies, facilitating workshops in person or virtual platform. The Coordinator facilitates program training needs assessment to include the development and distribution of resource materials throughout the Commonwealth. The Coordinator manages the Unit’s social and intranet platform.
Please Note: Travel between program sites, including traveling to Boston and other DCF facilities for meetings, is required. A valid Massachusetts Driver’s License and reliable access to appropriate transportation is expected.
