Job Summary:

Dependable Home Health is looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide overnight 1:1 shift work to our patients. The successful candidate will work closely with a specific patient and their family, providing high-quality care and support. As the primary caregiver, the RN will be responsible for every aspect of the patient's care, including administering medication, performing assessments, and maintaining detailed records.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provides patient care and monitoring according to individual patient needs and treatment plan.
- Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Collects and documents patient data on a continuous and regular basis.
- Maintains and updates patient charts and records in a timely and organized manner.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Works collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, social workers, and therapists.
- Educates patients and families on disease prevention and medical treatment.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Recognizes and documents changes in the patient's condition and reports to the physician and other members of the healthcare team.

Requirements:

- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of [State name].
- At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and medications.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
