• Associate degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing with the Texas Board of Nursing.
• Minimum one (1) year work experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse required.
• Some supervisory experience.
• Certified CPR and First Aid Instructor (Must be obtained within 90 days of hire as a condition of employment).

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing
• Experience working in a therapeutic residential setting preferred.

• Adept at collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute treatment plans.
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate effective organization. 
• Ability to maintain a professional, confidential work environment.
• Ability to work with culturally diverse populations and work force.
• Ability to work flexible hours which vary according to client needs.

• Environment: Residential
• Range of Schedule: All days, nights and weekends
• Travel: Occasional, Local (Must have reliable transportation, valid Texas driver license and current auto insurance)
• Potential exposure to blood and body fluids
