DePaula Ford is Hiring a Delivery coordinator Near Albany, NY
DePaula Ford is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to provide our customers with product knowledge pertaining to the features, benefits, functionality and safety systems of their vehicle during the delivery process.
This position is ideal for a customer-service oriented individual who stays up-to-date on new technology and has interest in sales.

To effectively excel in this role you MUST :
- Enjoy interacting, connecting and communicating with customers, guests, and fellow team members
- Work effectively as a team member, as well as an individual
- Have a passion and curiosity for the automotive industry
- Demonstrate a professional appearance, demeanor and communication style
- Requirements :
- Must have a valid NYS License
- Must provide a NYS Drivers' Abstract
- Must pass a pre-screen drug test prior to employment
- Customer service experience
- Must be comfortable with learning new technology
