Overview
Responsible for day-to-day operation of the Transitional Housing Program in accordance with Eagle Star Housing policies and procedures.
Provides direct care services to residents in the Transitional Housing Program, such as life skills and transitional support services.

Qualifications
Qualifications : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Valid New York State driver’s license that meets qualifications set by agency’s clean driver record policy is required. Must be at least Eighteen (18) years of age.
Language Ability :
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general procedures and policies. Ability to write reports. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and residents.
Math Ability :
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions and percentages.
Reasoning Ability :
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and report to supervisor.
Computer Skills :
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Work Environment
This full-time position will consist of evening & overnight shifts.
