Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Duties * You will serve as the Advanced Information Warfare (IW) Antennas APM in support of the PMW 120 Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations program office within PEO C4I. * You will demonstrate knowledge and experience with Information Warfare (IW) and/or Antenna technologies. * You will coordinate a cohesive IW antenna development, testing procurement and fielding within (PEO C4I) as well as relevant stakeholders from external PEOs to efficiently deliver new IW capability to the warfighter. * You will lead technical strategy, requirements management, capability integration planning, and overseeing program management of cost, schedule, and performance parameters. * You will lead the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process to deliver new IW capability in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. * You will be responsible for the oversight of requirements definition, research and development, integration, testing, training, production, installation, contracting, budget planning and execution of assigned programs. * You will prepare program budget estimates, develop work breakdown structures, build program schedules, perform contract planning and coordinate post-award activities. * You will manage leadership of multiple integrated product of teams or serve as integrated product team lead for IPT that crosses multiple program offices or crosses multiple programs of record. * You will ensure compliance with DoD and DoN 5000 Series directives, PEO policy and other relevant guidance, and coordinate preparation of program acquisition/integration documentation. * You will work across both product-based and platform-based programs to ensure optimal use of resources, sharing of best practices and synchronizations of effort. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal. * This position requires a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI. * You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases. * This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time. * Generally, current Federal employees applying to APS jobs must serve at least one year at the next lower grade level. Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes. * The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the pay band, including higher responsibility positions. * Based on the responsibilities of this position (Tier 3), the total adjusted salary may be capped equivalent to GS 14 Step 7 (currently $167,012) pay band, including higher responsibility positions. Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with Information Warfare (IW) and/or Antenna technologies.
