Duties * Provides direction to personnel assigned to the division Awards Program to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, guidance and policy from the Command, US Army Pacific (USARPAC) and Department of the Army (DA). * Processes answers to Congressional and Presidential Inquiries from Soldiers and Civilian personnel. * Analyzes correspondence, outlines options, and recommends or takes appropriate action. Uses the IPPS-A system. * Directs and oversees the work of military personnel assigned to Essential Personnel Services.
