Duties:
Work in this unit involves providing protective services to disabled adults who have been abused, neglected, and or/exploited.
Work in this class involves Social Workers providing protective services to disabled adults who have been abused, neglected, and/or exploited. In addition, will involve guardianship services, adult care home services, representative payee cases, Medicaid transportation services, SA/In-Home Services and In Home Aides.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work; OR Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and one year of directly related experience; OR Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and two years of directly related experience. There is no substitution for the required bachelor’s degree.
