Job Skills / Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Flex Security Officer on an on-call basis. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises, assets, and personnel. As a Flex Security Officer, you must be prepared to work variable shifts and respond to calls as needed, demonstrating flexibility and reliability in meeting the demands of the position.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct patrols of assigned areas, monitoring for suspicious activity and safety hazards.

* Control access to facilities, verifying credentials and enforcing security protocols.

* Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical incidents, alarms, and security breaches.

* Maintain accurate and detailed logs of security incidents and activities.

* Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.

* Collaborate with team members and external partners to address security concerns effectively.

* Stay informed about relevant security policies, procedures, and best practices.

* Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

* Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in security-related fields preferred.

* Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is advantageous.

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Ability to work flexible hours and respond to calls on short notice.

* Demonstrated reliability and professionalism in previous roles.

* Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
