Duties * Provides direction and management for development, implementation, and sustainment of the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) management functions and policy issues. * Conducts special studies and projects pertaining to mission, functions, and organization of the Command. * Develops short and long-range plans covering program management in support of contingencies or emergencies as they arise. * Manage customer requirements, compile cost and performance data, identify trends and potential issues, and prepare courses of action for supported Commanders. * Performs some supervisory related functions to include assigning and reviewing work, evaluating performance, and advising on complex issues.
