IT Support Specialist
Looking for someone to join our IT department to provide level I technical support by responding to technical support requests, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide advice and guidance to internal customers. The primary onsite contact for all internal users. Communicate with end users to understand and troubleshoot problems. Provide on-site support – Perform technical, operational, and training of computers, peripherals and software for end users in person and over the phone. Install and test personal computers, printers, and their peripherals in accordance with established policies and procedures. Assist with maintaining desktop, laptop and hardware inventory. Requirements: Proficiency of Windows 10/11, Oddice 365, iOS, Android device management, A certification is desired, similar industry certifications strongly desired.
