Essential Job Functions:

• This position is responsible for loan payoff processing for organization.
• This position is responsible for the Vehicle Title program for organization. This includes filing for vehicle titles, ensuring liens are perfected, releasing titles when the loans are paid off and keeping all title tracking updated.
• This position is responsible for updating insurance tracking for all secured loans with organization.
• This position is responsible for the Quality Control program for new and closed accounts. This includes reviewing checklists to ensure all required documents are signed and imaged, reviewing each open and closed account to ensure proper processes were followed and ensuring OFAC was run during the opening of the accounts.
• This position is responsible for the biweekly processing of DFD H.S.A contributions along with all monitoring and auditing as requested by DFD and the Finance team.
• The position is responsible for finance department support including assisting with wire input and verification/ ACH verification/ account research.
• The position is responsible for assisting the department with completing compliance related requests in preparation of and during audits and examinations of any assigned duties.
• This position is responsible for the weekly management of the credit card collections queue- monitoring reports, contacting members to obtain payments on past due accounts and keeping the CFO informed of the status of past due credit card accounts.
• The position assists in the debit/credit card processing / monitoring including dispute/fraud processing and tracking.
• This position is responsible for returned mail/bad address processing.
