Brief Description: Responsible for all aspects of operating and coordinating the
After School and Summer Programs
Position Summary: The job of the After School/Camp Director is to oversee the After School and Camp programs at Denver Christian School.

Essential Functions:
1. The Leader of the after school school program - 3:05 pm - 5:30 pm plus summer hours
2. Plan, implement, and execute a high quality after school program. Create activities, and games that keep students engaged after school
3. Engage with outside vendors to bring after school programming to the kids. Such as Dance, Taekwondo, Chess Etc…
4. Work with administration to set revenue goals for all programming.
5. Organize and coordinate marketing the programs, which includes, but is not limited to, the Summer Program catalog, advertisement opportunities, and After School brochures and web page information.
6. Responsible for planning, and executing a high quality summer camps program
7. Keep constant communication open with parents, and maintain consistent records.
8. Hire quality employees to help execute the mission and vision of the after school program.
9. Responsible for signing children in and out of after school programs to ensure safety and security.
10. Engage with students on campus. Be a Mentor to K-8 students.
11 Proficiency in Computer programming (Microsoft office, Facts, RenWeb)
12. Prepare appropriate summary reports.
13. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Prior experience running similar programs is a plus.
2. Must be proficient with all forms of electronic communication and be able
to prepare Excel and Word documents for reporting.
3. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
