Job description
We are a growing regional airline based at Denver International Airport with over 27 years of history in the aviation industry as a Part 121 and Part 135 air carrier. Our operations include cargo, private/VIP large cabin charters, and scheduled passenger service under our Denver Air Connection brand.
Provide quality administrative functions for business-related travel. Organize internal commercial airline travel, hotel accommodations and ground transportation. Candidates should be detail-oriented and experienced in scheduling and tracking hotel, flight, and car rentals; organizing itineraries: budget/expenditure tracking and maintaining travel related documentation through revisions. The selected person must represent themselves professionally, have strong communication and organizational skills.
· Manage high volume of travel related to training, maintenance, and flight crew positioning of commercial airline.
· Assisting in maintaining hotel pricing relationships.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Maintenance of corporate reward programs related to travel and efficiency.
· Document and reconcile travel expenses.
· Itemize expenses into subgroups.
· Track budget, costs to date, and anticipated future costs.
· The role requires outstanding communication and organizational skills.
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Ability to gather and analyze a variety of data regarding flight schedules, departure points, and other related information.
· Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team.
· Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, sincerity, and professionalism for the job.
· Comfortable with low to medium on-call hours

Thur-12:30-9:00 Fri-12:30-9:00 Sat-11:00-7:30 Sun-off
