DENTSU MEDIA is Hiring a Remote Manager, Network Audio Investment

Job Description

The Manager, Network Audio Investment is a remote or hybrid position reporting to the Director, Network Audio Investment. This person will oversee the end-to-end activation of national audio buys for assigned clients. In addition to terrestrial radio, digital audio and podcasting activations may also be included in role dependent on account structure. The Manager also oversees negotiations and tracks performance to ensure quality and that buys meet client expectations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • You will issue RFPs to network audio vendors
  • You will research network submissions using ACT 1 and RADAR
  • You will negotiate schedules for both terrestrial and digital audio (when applicable) that meet client's goals and cost parameters
  • You will work with assistant to input and track buys in Media Ocean
  • You will pull and analyze writer reports from Media Ocean Billing Discrepancies:
  • You will oversee the resolution of billing discrepancies
  • You will resolve discrepancies when workload allows Prisma and DCM (if applicable to account)
  • You will enter digital audio schedules into Prisma for traffic
  • You will track delivery of digital audio vendors on a weekly basis
  • You will work with supervisor on post buy analysis
  • You will negotiate compensatory weight for under delivery
  • Your role may include direct client relationships depending on the account
  • You will work with Supervisors to deliver buys and presentations to clients and colleagues
  • You will maintain client budgets
  • You will work with management team to develop marketplace cpps/cpms
  • You will work with Supervisors to create marketplace updates
  • You will manage relationships with external client vendors
  • You may participate in client presentations
  • You will work closely with planning teams in developing client strategy
  • You will work with Supervisors to create marketplace updates, and presentations for final recommendations
Qualifications
  • You have 3 years of industry experience
  • You express yourself clearly and concisely in oral communications
  • You write in a clear, compelling, and concise manner
  • You organize ideas and information logically and sequentially
  • You have the ability to develop negotiation strategies
  • Experience in MediaOcean or Act1 preferred

For positions not eligible for incentive or commission plans: The anticipated salary range for this position is (($51,000-83,375). Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
