In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the areas of heavy-duty truck parts, suspension, springs, airbags, and airbrake systems, and other accessories. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Follow up on customer orders and inquiries promptly
• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Document inventory discrepancies
• Multi-task efficiently
• Pull and fill orders from stock warehouses
• Assist in putting away daily stock orders

Qualifications

• 3 years of heavy-duty parts experience, auto parts sales experience, or heavy-duty diesel technician experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, using stairs, warehouse ladders, and forklifts
• Competent in use of basic computer functions
