Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at Denton Law Firm. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting thorough and factual legal research, drafting legal agreements and documents with efficiency and clarity, as well as the day-to-day tasks of case management, client communication, and representing clients in court.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing legal advice and conducting research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet critical deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Admitted to practice law in the State of Kentucky or soon to be admitted
