Dentistry On Officers Row is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Vancouver, WA

We are looking for a dental front office team member who has 1 years’ experience, knowledge in dental insurance and treatment planning, excellent customer service skills and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Dental Front Office team member, you will be the face of our practice, responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the front desk. Your main duties will include:

  • Greet patients when they arrive at the dentist's office
  • Answering multiple phone lines,
  • Checking patients in and out,
  • Presenting treatment plans
  • Schedule appointments for patients
  • Assist patients in filling out required intake and medical forms
  • Confirm appointments with patients via phone or text
  • Manage and organize specialist referrals
  • Inform patients of payment options
  • Perform basic accounting tasks such as taking payments and entering them accordingly.
  • Verify and update patient insurance information daily
  • Get the mail daily
  • Closing the day (counting cash payments, checking if every payment was entered)

Monday through Thursday, with typically 32-34 hours per week.
