Dental Customer Service/Front Desk Administrator - East Charlotte
We are looking for an experienced Dental Customer Service/Front Desk Administrator with a positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have:

• Dental office experience is a MUST, including proficiency with Dentrix software, capable of creating and maintaining a clinical schedule (Note: At this time only candidates with dental office experience will be considered)
• Strong communication skills for greeting patients, answering high-volume phones, and handling patient inquiries
• A comfort level in obtaining patient payment prior to their treatment; tenacity in verifying insurance and financial information
• An empathetic and helpful customer service mindset with a willingness to help even the most challenging patients
• Proactive problem-solving ability, leading by example in a teamwork-oriented environment

This full-time position, Monday-Thursday with select Fridays, offers competitive compensation based on experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
