**Job Overview:**

Join our team as a Dental Assistant at Dentistry by Brand! We are looking for an outgoing, patient-centered dental assistant to join our team and help us continue providing stellar care as we continue to grow our practice! We believe in working hard, smart, and together as we care for our patients. This position is Part Time with the potential for transition to full time if mutually desired. We offer a competitive salary range of $16 to $24 per hour, based on experience, as well as Paid Time Off and potential for Continuing Education reimbursement.

**Practice Hours**

Monday – Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm

Friday – Select Fridays 8:00am to 1:00pm

*Monday through Thursday we have a Morning Huddle at 8:00am.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist the dentist with various dental procedures

- Sterilize and organize dental equipment and instruments

- Take high quality dental x-rays

- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices

- Maintain accurate patient records

- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dental office

- Be a team player, help out when available

Requirements:

- Valid Dental Assistant license in Texas

- Current CPR or BLS Certification

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Attention to detail and organization

- Ability to work collaboratively with a team

- Positive attitude

- Experience with Dentrix Ascend is a plus
