Front Desk Coordinator

About the Job:

Dentistry 4 Kidz is an established, state-of-the-art, private, pediatric dental office and is currently seeking a full-time front desk coordinator to join our dynamic team.

This is an entry-level position that will support management with administrative tasks and reception. The practice is very team-driven with an emphasis on collaboration versus working solo. We offer a friendly, caring work atmosphere, competitive pay, and benefits.

As our perfect match you:

  • Have experience performing routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.
  • Are comfortable providing front office support, such as greeting patients and answering phones

· Prioritize patient rapport and outstanding customer service

· Show a strong respect for all of your coworkers, regardless of position

· Are committed to adhering to strict confidentiality and ethical standards

· Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development

  • Have the ability to work flexible hours if business needs require
  • Speak Spanish (required)

Your history likely shows:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a dental office/administration/hospitality preferred (we will train the right person if no experience)
  • Accurate keyboarding skills
  • The ability to project a positive, warm, and professional image in person and on the phone
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills – you see what needs to be done and do it
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative and anticipate needs of others
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility – you understand that your job duties may change from time to time and that you may be asked to “help out” in other areas of the office.
