JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Marketing Intern will assist the Dentist Advisors’ Director of Marketing and Marketing Coordinator to coordinate our financial educational content and help drive new consultations for our financial advisor team. This internship is eligible for a full year or multi-year internship placement. 

• Responsible for helping with monthly webinar production and promotion
• Responsible for assisting with creating promotional materials for in-person events, including email, social media, and text reminders
• Assist with live events, including CE dinners and our annual conference 
• Assist with CE-credit applications and approval process and reporting for educational events and webinars
• Edit podcast and videos for publishing
• Monitor and update reporting of marketing performance metrics
• Publish and update website articles and blog posts
• Create weekly and monthly emails to promote webinars, podcasts, and other content
• Support other marketing team members, as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• You are working toward a BA/BS or equivalent. Sophomores, juniors, and seniors are welcome to apply if they have relevant experience and interest.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office software and experience with Zoom Webinar or similar webinar platforms
• Familiar with HTML
• Competent in posting with a CMS system, such as WordPress
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Experience with social media
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
