DentFirst Dental Care is Hiring a Dental Front Desk - Jonesboro Near Jonesboro, GA
DentFirst is seeking to hire an energetic and motivated Patient Service Representative/Front Desk Associate for our Jonesboro, GA location! Job responsibilities include answering the phone, scheduling appointments and verifying insurance, treatment planning and answering any questions patients have while providing excellent customer service.

Schedule:
- M-F (8-hour shift)
- Weekend availability
- Full-Time
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
- Dental office experience (Required)
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Excellent communication and strong customer service skills
- Bilingual preferred
- Collections experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent computer skills
- Comfortable in high- volume environment
