Our team is working to elevate the patient experience while providing opportunities for life-long careers. We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Dental365 - 14th Street (24 W 14th St, New York, NY 10011)!
- SCHEDULE:
- Welcoming new patients into the practice with concierge care.
- Collect co-payments and verify insurance coverage (PPO/FFS)
- Creating and presenting treatment plans based on providers plan and coordinating financial arrangements.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, maintaining schedule (Denticon)
- Prepare and enter new patient records neatly and accurately.
- Various office duties as assigned by Practice Manager.
- Responding to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing to appropriate departments, as necessary.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of dental front office experience
- Self-motivated with the ability to exceed patient expectations.
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Resume must demonstrate stable employment history
