Dental365 is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near State College, PA

Please note: This position is full-time! Must have prior dental experience or educational background, and any certification/license as required by the state to perform specified duties.

SCHEDULE:

Monday: 7:00am-4:30pm
Tuesday: 8:30am-6:00pm
Wednesday: 7:00am-4:30pm
Thursday: 7:00am-4:30pm

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greeting patients, making them feel welcomed and comfortable
  • Assist the Dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
  • Taking digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed
  • Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
  • Adhere to all OSHA and safety policies and procedures
  • Provide patients with instructions for oral care following all dental treatment procedures to maintain oral health
  • Perform various office tasks as necessary

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 years of dental assisting experience or dental program graduate
  • CPR/BLS certification, preferred
  • Any certification/license as required by the state to perform specified duties
  • Efficient team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated and stable career history
