Exciting Opportunity for a Part-Time Dental Assistant in Warren, RI!
Join our amazing team at Warren Dental Associates, where we value kindness, empathy, trust, and excellence in patient care. We are currently hiring a Part-Time Dental Assistant, and we welcome OJT training and students! If you're a licensed Dental Assistant in the state of Rhode Island, or willing to obtain your license, and meet applicable state CPR (BLS) and Radiology requirements, we'd love to hear from you.
LOCATION:
Warren Dental Associates - 634 Main Street Warren, RI 02885
- SCHEDULE:
Monday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Friday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
- ️ POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients, making them feel welcomed, and escorting them through the office.
- Assisting the Dentist during various treatment procedures.
- Taking digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed.
- Managing infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
- Adhering to all OSHA and safety policies and procedures.
- Providing patients with instructions for oral care following dental treatment procedures.
- Educating patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies for maintaining oral health.
- Performing various office tasks as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous Dental Assisting Experience.
- X-ray certification is a must.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Resume demonstrating stable employment history.
