We are currently accepting resumes for applicants interested in joining our Revenue Cycle Team at Dental365, assisting us in data entry, collections, and customer service. We offer training to all candidates, including those who are entry-level and looking to learn a new trade! This position is located at our Melville headquarters, and interviews are typically in person.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and insurance vendors alike
• Calling patients to review any outstanding account balances and facilitate payments for services
• Organized and precise data entry, documentation, and coding for patient accounts
• Processing insurance claims, review balances, verifying proper reimbursements, and sending out claims as needed
• All other administrative tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks
