```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the dentist during procedures, taking X-rays, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for patients.

```Duties```
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Take and develop X-rays as directed by the dentist
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Provide post-operative instructions to patients
- Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records
- Perform dental receptionist duties as needed
- Conduct patient assessments, including taking vital signs
- Assist with medical coding and billing processes
- Utilize Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Epic, or other dental software systems

```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program
- X-ray certification
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in dental software systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Epic
- Experience with medical coding is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is beneficial
- Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software is a plus
