Dental Solutions is a busy and growing professional dental office with an opening for a self-motivated and efficient Treatment Plan Coordinator. We offer a friendly, caring work atmosphere, achievable bonuses, competitive pay, and benefits.

Business hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm. Schedule hours are 7:30am-5:15pm.

• Able to work with a team with humor, enthusiasm, and professionalism

Primary responsibilities include:

• Answering phones
• Checking patient’s insurance benefits
• Treatment planning
• Checking patients in and out
• Sending statements
• Helping throughout the office as needed

Preferred Experience:

• One-year dental front desk experience preferred
• Eaglesoft knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of how to obtain insurance breakdowns/eligibility and enter information correctly
• Basic computer skills
• Basic understanding of dental procedures
